If you choose to get a refund/cancellation on the services provided on our website, the following policy will apply:
- If we have not started any work on the service/audit yet, we will refund 100% of the amount minus the payment gateway charges occured for the transaction if the refund is initiated from the client’s end.
- If the work is started, then the refund will be based on number of work remaining for the task. Refund in that case will be: (Number of hours done)/(Total hours decided in the contract) * 100%.
Number of days to get the refund is typically 2-5 business days. Wallet payment will be refunded the fastest, compared to Debit/Credit cards which can take some time
Process for Refund
To get a refund, you can either email us at refunds@wittysec.com or talk with your Relationship Manager. They will initiate the refund for you easily.
